As an Administrative Assistant, Imalki’s tasks include communicating with clients, assisting with documentation, gathering information, explaining procedures, updating clients, managing case files, etc.. Imalki is responsible for addressing clients' inquiries about their immigration status, legal procedures and case status. She also gathers information from clients, such as their immigration history, personal details, and documents related to their case. Further, Imalki explains the legal procedures and requirements to our clients, including the steps involved in applying for a visa and filling out forms. Furthermore, she updates clients on the status of their case, including any new updates, requests for additional information, or changes in their legal status. Imalki gives importance to communicating with clients in a clear and professional manner while also showing empathy and understanding of clients' situations. She should also ensurethat clients understand the legal procedures and requirements and are aware of any deadlines or other important information related to their case.
